Municipally-owned utilities work collectively through the Michigan Public Power Agency, a not-for-profit joint action agency, to share energy supply and related services. We lower costs for our Members, reduce their risks, and enable them to leverage the expertise of our staff. MPPA presently consists of twenty-two Michigan municipality members and six associate members.
